1. Sale Terms:
   1.1. https://maxine.in, including its patents of Shah Electronics (manufacturing co) and Shah Trading Co, operates as a distribution company. 1.2. It is certified that our registration under the Goods & Service Tax Act India 2017 is valid. 1.3. For all Tax/GST calculations/orders, our online website is considered based in the state of Tamil Nadu. 1.4. To claim GST benefits, please provide the GST number at the time of order placement. 1.5. Changes affecting GST reporting will not be made after generating the invoice. 1.6. Goods will be shipped only upon receipt of payment. 1.7. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order or service at any time if unable to serve/supply or due to practical difficulties. 1.8. Materials sold are in their original sealed pack condition. Inspection will only be conducted upon specific email request. 1.9. Electronic products require installation by a technically qualified engineer. 1.10. Goods once sold will be taken back or exchanged (subject to our approval) only if returned in original sealed condition within seven days of sale. 1.11. We are not liable for physical damage to the product package once sold. 1.12. No user/client/customer can waive responsibility based on ignorance of terms & conditions. 1.13. Disputes arising out of this sale contract shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court at Chennai.

2. Shipping Policy:
   2.1. Orders will be delivered to the registered address provided by the buyer. 2.2. Orders are typically shipped within 3 working days or as per the agreed delivery date. 2.3. We use reputed registered domestic courier companies for shipping. 2.4. Surface shipments are included and may take 8-10 days for delivery. Air-based delivery is available at an additional cost and may take 3-4 days depending on the destination. 2.5. Transit insurance is not included and must be availed separately by the buyer. 2.6. We are responsible for the goods until they leave our warehouse. 2.7. We are not liable for any delay in delivery or misadventures of the courier/shipping company. 2.8. We do not ship internationally; orders are only accepted for delivery within India.

3. Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy:
   3.1. Orders placed but not paid for will be automatically cancelled within 3 days. 3.2. If goods are unavailable, we will provide a full refund. 3.3. Paid orders can be cancelled for a refund before being marked as "Packed" or "Dispatched," with any incurred bank charges deducted. 3.4. Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once goods have been shipped. 3.5. Returns for refund/exchange are subject to our discretion. Accepted returns may incur charges, including GST deduction.

4. Privacy Policy:
   4.1. We collect and use information about you for order processing and to provide services only with your consent. 4.2. Your information will be securely held and not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission. 4.3. We may use technology to track website usage patterns, but this information will not personally identify you without your consent.
